Windows 10: fixing Unicode characters rendering issue (fonts get displayed as square, space) Basically adding language support.

The picture below has a description (shown in spaces, square, etc.) that does not get rendered property.

Just because the language that they used to describe in here is missing in the system.

To fix this, access – Control Panel\Clock, Language, and Region\Language

Add a Language:

Open

You will see the added language as follows:
